AEM PR: 2008 WRX/STI Cold Air Intake

21-478WR

AEM has just introduced a Cold Air Intake for the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX and WRX STI 2.5L Turbo.  This special edition intake system features a wrinkle red powdercoat finish specifically chosen for the Subaru models.  The CAI uses a very clean designed heatshield that blocks hot air from the huge 9-inch DRYFLOW air filter.  A CNC’d MAF adapter along with a built-in air straightener keep CELs away and fuel trims perfectly in line.  This CAI generates amazing HP and Torque gains across the powerband on both the WRX and STI models.

New AEM Pricing is LIVE

Just a quick heads up to everyone, the new AEM price increase went live July 1st 2008. Below is the letter from AEM regarding this price increase.

AEM Price Change

To all AEM Customers;

As you are no doubt aware, the market for raw materials has been inflationary for the past couple of years. For the past 1 ½ years we have been absorbing these increases. In addition, we have done everything possible during that time to improve our manufacturing and operations efficiency to lessen the impact of the higher material costs. However, we are now in a position where we have to pass a portion of these increases along.

Attached please find our new Jobber Price List # 01-3021. While price changes vary by part number, there is an overall weighted increase of approximately 2.8% across the entire AEM product line. Please note that these new prices will go into effect on 7/1/08 and will apply to any order not received before that date.

We thank you for your understanding and urge you to call with any comments or questions. As always, we truly appreciate and thank you for your support.
