Can we get *just* the data?

No. We do not, and have no plans to, license our database for use outside the RPMWare ecommerce solution.

Who does the hosting?

RPMWare hosts your website and gives you online storage for files.

Do you host our e-mail as well?

No. We believe in focusing on what we do well. E-mail is not one of those things. We use Google Apps for Your Domain for our own e-mail solution and recommend you do so as well. It’s free and easy to setup.

Can we change the design?

Quickly: yes.

In more depth: The look and feel of the RPMWare site is totally controlled by CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). We offer a “simple” method for you to change fonts, and colors with little or no CSS skill. You can also upload and use a custom CSS style sheet and the possibilities are limitless.

Can RPMWare Customize my site for me?

Sure. It’s really not our focus, but we do offer a service in which we develop a custom CSS Sheet to your specification (”I want my site to look like this…”). The fee is a one time $995 payment.

Can we integrate RPMWare with our current website?

Sure, there are a couple of ways to do this.

1. The RPMWare site replaces your current site and you add any content (About Us page, Customer Cars, etc.) to your new RPMWare website.
2. You maintain your current information site, but use RPMWare for ecommerce on a separate URL i.e. http://store.yoursite.com

What shipping methods do you support?

Currently, UPS is the only Shipper who provide ‘Live Rates’ for RPMWare. If you use another shipper, you may setup that shipper as a ‘Static Rate’ for time being. Expect FedEx and USPS to be provided Live shortly.

How do I change prices/lines/look/etc. on the site?

Each customer has an ‘admin’ login to their site. From there everything is configurable – which lines a customer wants to sell, what discount to sell the product at (discounts can be taken from MSRP, Jobber of MAP – when applicable), what text appears on content pages, etc, etc.

What happens if the site goes down?

RPMWare is hosted on DELL servers in a world class datacenter offering 99.99% up time. Additionally, RPMWare regularly schedules maintenance and will let you know ahead of time of any maintenance projects that may effect your up time.

Are there any loyalty discounts for multiple accounts?

We do offer reduced rates for additional site. Please Contact Us for more info.

Does RPMWare provide me the parts I sell?

No. RPMWare does not wholesale parts. However, for every product line that is on RPMWare, we can pass you information about the best and most knowledgeable WDs in the industry. At times, we may even refer you directly to the manufacturer themselves.

Will my site be ranked high on search engines?

Although we can’t guarantee any specific results for search engine rankings, we have taken painstaking efforts to ensure your RPMWare site is easily found, crawled and ranked.

Some of our features include:

• Search Friendly URLs. We make it easy for Google to see you by adding common search terms to the URL.
• Active headers with common search terms such as Brand and Group (AEM Cold Air Intake)
• Detailed product descriptions with valuable content and repetitious key search term phrases

Is there a loyalty discount available if I prepay a year… or two?

If you commit to us - we’ll commit to you. If you want to prepay a year and want a little extra discount, we’ll be happy to oblige - just Contact Us.

Can I add a Visitor Tracker to my site?

RPMWare offers full integration with Google Analytics, with no hassle! Just sign up with Google and enter your account number into the Settings > Basic Config. In no time, you will receive traffic reports which can be customized to your needs. How cool is that?

Additionally, you may install any additional site trackers, counter, or reports to your site by simply copy and pasting the HTML that’s needed (and usually provided) through one of our customizable fields.
