Can I accept credit cards?

Yes, you can accept any combination of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We offer 2 methods to accept credit cards.

  • Online (Live) - If you wish to accept/process credit card payments online via RPMWare – you must sign up with Authorize.net.  Once you are an Authorize.net member, log into the Admin Area and enter your authnet API Login ID and Transaction Key into the appropriate fields in the Payments Config.
  • Offline - Do not select ‘Use Live Processing’ in the payments Config and you will be supplied payment info with each order.  You can then process these credit cards offline via in-house credit card machine or call in voice authorization.

Can I accept PayPal?

Yes. Just setup an account with PayPal and enter your PayPal e-mail address into the ‘PayPal E-Mail’ box in the Payment Config.

Can I offer Free Shipping?

Yes. In the Shipping Methods (Settings > Shipping Methods) you can setup a ‘Static Rate’.  Choose a name for this (Free Shipping) set a minimum order amount (if you require it) then set your Base Rate and Per Pound Rate to $0. If you wish to charge a $5 handling fee set Base Rate to $5 and Per Pound Rate to $0. Feel free to Contact Us with more in depth shipping questions.

Can I setup Coupon Codes?

Absolutely. RPMWare allows you to set coupons in much the same way as setting discounts.  Set as many as you like and let the marketing begin!

Is RPMWare a replacement for my current accounting system?

No, well, not yet anyways. RPMWare is designed to work with your current accounting system, not replace them.  If you have integration questions, such as part #, price or description lists to populate accounting systems such as Quickbooks or Peachtree - Let us know.
