Awesome – I signed up, now what?

First things first – Check your e-mail for confirmation of your account and for you URL, Admin URL, user name and PW.

I didn’t get an e-mail and it’s been over an hour. How long does that take?

Check any Spam filters if you still have not received a confirmation e-mail – contact us.

I got the confirmation e-mail, now what?

The first thing you’ll want to do is log in to your Admin area. From here you should do is navigate into your Basic Configuration (Settings > Basic Configuration) and setup your critical information, such as Display Name, E-mail Address and Contact Us info.  Next, you’ll want to setup your Payments Configuration (Settings > Payments Configuration) by selecting your Tax State, Tax Rate, and choose what Payment Method you wish to accept.

Transfering Your Domain Name DNS

All servers connected to the Internet are assigned a unique IP address so they can
be properly located. The Domain Name System, or DNS, is a network of databases spread
throughout the Internet that is responsible for routing easy-to-remember text-based
domain names to their corresponding numeric IP Addresses.

Before your domain name routes visitors to your new RPMWare site you must edit your
DNS settings to “point” to the correct IP addresses.

It is the policy of most Domain Registrars to deal exclusively with the owner of
the domain name in regards to domain modifications. We will be glad to assist with
a domain DNS transfer; however, this is one step of the process we cannot complete
for you.

An A record associates a name to the server’s IP address. Please update your A records
for yourdomain.com to point to 206.196.19.144.
