Can I communicate with my customer via RPMWare?

Absolutely. RPMWare gives you the ability to keep your customer in-the-loop every step of the way. From e-mail confirmation / receipt of the initial order, to interface via the Admin area where you can update the customer on order status, product availability and tracking numbers for shipped items.

Will RPMWare maintain a list of my customers?

Customers who shop with you are stored in your contact list so reconnecting with past customers is easy and organized. All pertinent information such as name, phone #, e-mail address is easily displayed and more in depth lists of buying habits, order history, etc is stored for you!
