PayPal API Walk Thru Guide

We’ve had a few customers ask us for a quick walk-thru on setting up their new PayPal API info we just introduced with our V1.9.8 Release this week.

Step1 – Log into your PayPal account and click ‘Profile’.

Step 2 – Select ‘API Access’ from the ‘Account Information’ column.

Step 3 – Select ‘Option 2′ to request API credentials.

Step 4 – Check the ‘Request API signature’ button and then click the ‘Agree and Submit’ button.

Step 5 – Copy/Past your API Username, API Password and API Signature into your RPMWare Admin Area.

Although this is not as simple as entering your PayPal address, it should not pose any problems for you.

Also note, through your RPMWare Admin, you may now:

• Accept Google Checkout
• Accept Check/MO as Payment
• Specifiy what countries you do and do not ship to
• Add a custom Checkout Disclaimer for customers during checkout
