We’re Hiring – Sales & Support Guru

We’re looking for a tremendously talented Sales & Support Guru to help us grow RPMWare and ensure all our current clients are getting the most out of their service.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Interact with current and potential customers via phone, email and IM regularly
• Coordinate and implement inbound/outbound marketing and retention efforts
• Develop email newsletters, blog posts, product literature, and sales support materials
• Interface with manufacturers, distributors, resellers and the press.

• Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, perfectionist with a natural desire to track results
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Highly-motivated, self-starter that is comfortable taking high-level direction and executing
• Independent, creative thinker who can transform ideas into meaningful and useful results
• Thrives in a small team, wears many hats and enjoys great startup environments
