AEM is proud to announce a price reduction for the Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller, Part # 30-4100.
- Current Jobber: $332.77
- New Jobber: $282.85
Overview
A wideband UEGO sensor controller accurately monitors Air/Fuel ratios (AFR) during the tuning process to prevent a lean fuel mixture, which could lead to engine damage. AEM has combined its single-channel wideband UEGO controller and gauge display into one unit, uniting unsurpassed AFR accuracy and control with an easy-to-read interface. AEM’s Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller features a digital LED display and sweeping LED “needle” that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. The unit’s 52mm (2-1/16″) gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere.

Today Windows Server 2008 (Win2K8) has been released to manufacturing (RTM). It will be launched at a launch event on Feb. 27th and be available to the public on March 1st.
Why should you care? RPMWare runs on Windows Server 2003 (Win 2K3) and Internet Information Services 6 (IIS6). Win2K8 includes a major overhaul to IIS as well as a faster core foundation. Once Win2K8 is out and tested properly we’ll be releasing RPMWare on to new hardware running Win2K8 and IIS7. While our current servers are no slouches you’ll all be very impressed by the performance of IIS7.
Probably more exciting to most of you, Win2K8 and IIS7 is a prerequsite to RPMWare 2.0. With that out of the way we’re steadly progressing on our next major release.
I’ve got calls into our datacenter to find out the exact date we’ll have 2K8 available, but expect it’ll be pretty close to March 1.

I’m all for free market economics. If a dealer wants to charge $60,000 over the sticker for a car and some idiot wants to pay it I’m all for it. But who is going to pay $130k for a Nissan?

Sure every tuner in the US has been cursing Nissan for not bringing it sooner. Sure every tuner in the US has lusted after the GT-R at some point or another. Sure there are some ridiculously wealthy people out there. But $60,000 over sticker?
Read the full story over at ExhaustNote and sound off in the comments how much over the sticker you’d be willing to pay.
